Key Qualifications
- Valid and active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Preferred experience working as a school nurse or in a pediatric setting
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to students and staff, addressing both acute and chronic health concerns
- Manage the daily health clinic, including administering medications, first aid, and care for minor injuries and illness
- Maintain detailed and accurate health records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Collaborate with faculty, administration, and families to promote a safe and healthy learning environment
- Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and illness prevention
